If you’ve used any of these excuses for not working out, we’ve got one word for you: Tabata. A Tabata is a type of High Intensity Interval Training where you do a 4 minute (yes, 4 minutes!!) interval workout.
How it works
Pick an exercise, jump squats for example. Do as many as you can in 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat that 30-second series 7 more times for a total of 4 minutes. Easy peasy. If you have more time, do another exercise in the 4 minute sequence. Here is a Tabata workout that you can do at home, no equipment necessary.
